The lectures whose expertise are mainly based on food processing and veterinary medicine are from College of Bio-resources and Agriculture and other experts from the industry.

The courses cover general information of Taiwan poultry industry development, current trend of Raised Without Antibiotics in poultry industry, and modern poultry processing from slaughtering to product. Also, this class is to design for students who have the background of animal and veterinary sciences.
