Description
In this course, students will learn a wide variety of data analysis applications for agriculture.
More introduction
While conventional bioinformatics focuses mainly on sequence analyses, other different types of data analysis methods have also been proposed and used in the last one or decades. Background information and recent papers about such methods will be taught and discussed.
