Description
This course is an important basic experimental subject for the course of biotechnology.
More introduction
The entire process is based on the Central Dogma of Molecular Biology. The learning starts from the DNA of the GUS enzyme gene, after splicing and gene transfer, it is expressed and verified from the host cell. Its mRNA is then collected, purified and tested for target enzymes.
