『 Global ATGS News | NTU-UTokyo Conference on Cooperation towards the Post-Corona Era 』
National Taiwan University have been hold the Joint Conference with THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO since 2015. This year, because of COVID-19 pandemic, it's the first time to hold this conference virtually, but still can't reduce our enthusiasm of bringing and sharing each other the discussions and sparks!
The academic conference themed, "Cooperation towards the Post-Corona Era" on NTU campus during December 8-10, 2021. This event marked the fifth joint conference between the two schools.
International College (INTL) hold a parallel sessions with Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, during the conference, the faculty members of the two universities actively participated in the parallel topic of "Data-driven Life Science in the Era of High-throughput Sequencing".
In this parallel sessions, Dean and Professor Shu-Jen Wang (王淑珍) from INTL and Dean and Professor Atsushi Deguchi from Graduate School of Frontier Sciences having the opening and closing remarks. And the speech were delivered by International College's Prof. Chih-Wei Tung (董致韡), Prof. Takeshi Itoh (伊藤剛), Prof. Cheng-Ruei Lee (李承叡). Also the professors from Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, included Prof. Yutaka Suzuki, Prof. Ken Naito and Prof. Masahide Seki.
All the speakers shared pleanty of new thoughts and their experiences on this topic, during the symposium, all the students, professors and participants enjoyed the sharing event.
