【𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧】

We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant for our research project that focused on genomics and bioinformatics of rice. Large-scale genome sequencing will be conducted by using an ONT sequencer （https://nanoporetech.com/）.

The applicant is supposed to grow some rice samples, extract DNA that is suitable for the ONT device, and conduct sequencing. It is preferred if the applicant is capable of analyzing data produced by the sequencer. It is also required to do paperwork and clerical jobs related to the research project.

◉ Master degree related to molecular biology

◉ The applicant must be proficient at both English and Chinese

◉ Experience in molecular biological experiments

【𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲】

Salary is decided on the basis of the universitys regulations. For example, the amount of remuneration for a new master degree holder is 38,618 TWD.
